1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to Sovereign (the "Service") and to this website, both operated by Viral Bricks LLC ("Viral Bricks LLC", "we", "us" or "our"). In this Policy, "Member" means any person who holds or has held a Sovereign membership. This Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices and rights available to you.
2. Information We Collect
Website visits. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these logs for security purposes and to keep the website available.
The waiting room and email sign-ups. When you join the waiting room or give us your email address, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
Purchases. Checkout is operated by Whop, our payment platform, and card processing is performed by Stripe. Your name, email address, billing address and card details are provided directly to Whop and Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Whop provides us with a record of your membership, including your email address, what you purchased, its renewal date, and its status.
Discord. When you join our Discord, Discord provides us with your Discord user ID and username so that we can grant the access you have paid for.
Content posted in our Discord. We collect the content Members post in our Discord channels, including posts in success and wins channels. Such content may be reposted in accordance with the Member Content section of our Terms of Service. Messages you send to our staff or to our automated accounts, including in support tickets, are received by us and may be retained so that we can respond and keep accurate records. We do not access private messages between Members.
Analytics and advertising. We may run advertising and analytics tags on this website to measure where sign-ups originate. Whop's checkout, which appears within this website, loads its own third-party tags, including those of Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and HubSpot, as well as fraud and bot-detection tools. Those tags are controlled by Whop under Whop's privacy policy, not by Viral Bricks LLC.
3. Automated Messaging
We operate automated messaging, including Discord direct messages and email, to send onboarding information, support responses and notices about your membership.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide the Service you have purchased, to grant and remove access, to contact you by email about your membership, to process payments, to prevent fraud and abuse, to measure the performance of our advertising, to show you and people similar to you our ads on other platforms, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that operate parts of our business on our behalf: Whop (payments and membership), Stripe (card processing), Discord (community access), Kit (email) and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each of these providers handles your information under its own terms.
Advertising. We also share information with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) as an advertising partner. We may share hashed contact details (email address, phone number, name and country) and the value of your purchases with Meta, directly or through Whop's advertising tools, to show our ads and to find audiences similar to our Members.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it for advertising as described above.
Opting out of advertising audiences. You may ask us to exclude you from the audiences we share for advertising by emailing viralbricksbusiness@gmail.com. We will exclude you within thirty (30) days. If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may exercise that right in the same way.
We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our Members or the public.
Business transfers. If Viral Bricks LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets, the information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data Retention
We retain membership and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, which is generally seven (7) years. We retain email subscriber records until you unsubscribe, together with a suppression record so that we do not email you again. We retain server logs for a short period, typically less than ninety (90) days.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may unsubscribe from any marketing email by using the unsubscribe link it contains. By emailing viralbricksbusiness@gmail.com, you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct that information;
- delete that information; or
- provide that information to you in a portable, commonly used format (data portability).
If you are a California resident, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR.
Deleting your information ends your membership, because we cannot grant access to an account we no longer hold.
9. Age Requirements
The Service is not intended for anyone under thirteen (13) years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen (13). If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you may join only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and the payment method used must belong to that parent or guardian or be used with their permission. If you believe that someone under thirteen (13) has provided us with information, please email us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
This website and the Whop checkout within it use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, analytics and advertising measurement. You may block cookies in your browser settings, although the checkout may not function if you do.
11. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the Sovereign Discord.
