By joining Sovereign you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join.
What Sovereign is
Sovereign is a paid membership giving you access to sourcing software and a private Discord community operated by Viral Bricks LLC. It includes automated retailer monitoring, sale detection, discount code tools, and everything included in our Viral membership.
Sovereign is a tool and an information service. It is not a guarantee of profit. We find and surface opportunities. What you buy, what you pay, and what you resell it for is your decision and your risk. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
Who can join
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only join with the permission of a parent or guardian, and the payment method used must belong to them or be used with their permission. One membership is for one person.
Billing
Membership is a recurring subscription billed through Whop. It renews automatically at the stated price until you cancel. You authorise us, through Whop, to charge your payment method each period. Prices can change with notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your account and our community
Do not share your login, your access, or paid content outside the membership. Do not resell, republish or redistribute our leads, alerts, codes or tools. Do not scrape or automate against our systems. Do not harass other members or our staff.
We may remove you, without refund, for breaking these rules, for chargebacks made without contacting us first, or for conduct that puts the community or the business at risk.
Content you post
By posting in our community channels, including success, wins and testimonial channels, you grant Viral Bricks LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our websites, social media and advertising. You can ask us to stop using a specific post at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it going forward.
What we do not promise
Retailers change their sites, block traffic, cancel orders and change prices without warning. Third parties we rely on, including Discord, Whop and the retailers themselves, can go down or change their rules. We do not promise uninterrupted service, that every alert is accurate, that any order will be fulfilled, or that any item can be resold at any price.
Our content
Everything we produce, our software, alerts, code bank, written material and brand, belongs to Viral Bricks LLC. Your membership is permission to use it personally while you are a member, not ownership of it.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, cancelled orders, or losses on items you bought or sold.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord, and continuing your membership after that means you accept them.
