This policy covers sovereign (the "Service") operated by Viral Bricks LLC ("we", "us"). It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you visit this site. Our host records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these for security and to keep the site up.
When you join the waiting room or give us your email. Your email address, and the name you give us if you give one.
When you buy. Checkout is operated by Whop, our payment platform, with card processing by Stripe. Your name, email, billing address and card details go to Whop and Stripe directly. We never receive or store your full card number. We receive from Whop a record of your membership: your email, what you bought, when it renews, and its status.
When you join our Discord. Discord tells us your Discord user ID and username so we can grant the access you paid for. We do not read your private messages.
Analytics and advertising. We may run advertising and analytics tags on this site to measure where signups come from. Whop's checkout, which appears inside this page, loads its own third-party tags including Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and fraud and bot-detection tools. Those are controlled by Whop under Whop's privacy policy, not by us.
Why we collect it
To give you what you bought, to grant and remove access, to email you about your membership, to take payment, to prevent fraud and abuse, to measure our advertising, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run parts of this business for us: Whop (payments and membership), Stripe (card processing), Discord (community access), Kit (email), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each handles your data under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members, or the public.
How long we keep it
Membership and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting, which is generally seven years. Email subscriber records until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again. Server logs for a short period, typically under 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it. You can ask us to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing blake@viralbricks.com. If you are in California you have those rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you are in the UK or EU, you have equivalent rights under UK GDPR and GDPR.
Deleting your data ends your membership, because we cannot grant access to an account we no longer hold.
Age
This Service is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you may only join with the permission of a parent or guardian, and the payment method used must belong to them or be used with their permission. If you believe someone under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies
This site and the Whop checkout inside it use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser, though the checkout may stop working if you do.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in our Discord.
