Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
Cancel any time from your Whop account. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.
Refunds
Sovereign is a digital service delivered immediately on payment. Membership payments are non-refundable, including partial periods after you cancel.
We will make it right if something on our side went wrong. Email blake@viralbricks.com within 7 days of the charge if:
- you were billed after cancelling
- you were billed twice for the same period
- you never received access because of a fault at our end
- the service was substantially unavailable for an extended part of your billing period
We answer refund requests within 3 business days.
Free trials and the waiting room
If your membership started with a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. The free waiting room costs nothing and can be left at any time.
Chargebacks
Talk to us first. Email us and we will sort out anything that is genuinely our mistake. Filing a chargeback without contacting us results in permanent removal from Sovereign and the Discord, and we will contest it with our records of your access.
